i've seen brent upclose and personal. and yes he does have a personality and does laugh and let loose. we spent 5 days at an extreme camp in michigan with him. he is a beast and very focused. wish more young men were this focused. i spent 20 yrs. as an ARMY RANGER, and let me tell u; we would love to have 20 metcalf's...good luck brent..u have changed my son's attitude for the better. thanks again..go hawkeyes...

i know the claw. jeff prescott, a two-time national champ taught it at a clinic i was at last weekend. idk how to explain it over the internet, but i would recommend it to anyone, especially lighter guys. ask a coach or clinician about it ASAP it's a great move from the top.

I too am believer in this coach's admiration for the work ethic. West Point must be thrilled to have him working closely with the cadets. IF anyone can make a positive impression on young minds, it is someone like Rocco who practices what he preaches. He is taller in a much more important way.

you guys are comparing two totally different practices. Nat Edwards is right. the Iowa guys could not keep that pace up for seven minutes. They were focusing on short blasts.
