SEAL Training Camp - July 12-20

The Navy SEAL team training camp is an intense wrestling camp that will push you beyond your self imposed limits. This camp will teach you how to train and prepare yourself to maximize your potential as a wrestler. Each wrestler will also learn the latest wrestling techniques taught by our world class staff. Each squad will work out together at least four times a day. The bonds of competition will push the wrestlers through each work out. Active duty SEALs will be present at the camp to work out with the wrestlers and talk to the group about mental strength and opportunities in the Navy.

Technique Camps

What a great experience for wrestlers at any level! The Navy Wrestling Technique Camp offers world class technique and world class fun. Navy's Head coach Bruce Burnett has developed a technique plan based on fundamental skills that can be learned by a novice wrestler and improve the performance of elite athletes. Burnett was the U.S. National Team Coach and served as a U.S. Olympic Coach in the last three Olympic Games. The technique Burnett shared with the Olympic Athletes is the same technique he will share here at the Navy Wrestling Camp. Groups will be divided by age and skill level to help ensure that each camper receives the best instruction for their level of experience. Each camper will have access to the well supervised facilities at the Naval Academy. Team Camp

June 29-July 3

The ability to come together and train in a competitive atmosphere during the summer has turned many good high school teams into great high school teams. The Navy Team Camp offers coaches and athletes the ability to get two seasons in each year. Wrestling at the Team Camp provides you with the competition you need to get better faster. This camp has been developed on the belief that in order for one to get ready for competition, one must compete. Team Camp participants will take part in a tremendous number of matches, while having their skills evaluated and critiqued by individual team coaches.

Father Son Camp

July 19-20

Fathers will find a wholesome point of connection with your son. The father son mini camp gives fathers and sons a great chance to connect in a common environment. The camp will include fundamental skills at a pace suitable for both a young child or a wise father. Fathers are welcome to bring shoes and participate to a level they feel comfortable with. Interactive games, skills and drills will be introduced help young wrestlers develop the balance and agility necessary for wrestling. The skills taught and the games played make this two day camp a positively exhilarating experience for all who attend.
